The Role

As a Senior Service Consultant within our Conveyancing Service team, you will be instrumental in executing our introducer agreements and service workflows, under the guidance of a Team Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Verifying, registering, and dispatching instructions Guiding clients through the onboarding process Addressing inquiries from clients and intermediaries Following up for updates from solicitors Maintaining the Landmark portal with updates and milestones Cultivating relationships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and Solicitors as the intermediary in conveyancing transactions Managing inbound calls for your team

About You

You should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency or customer-facing brokerage roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the capability to assist clients in understanding their needs and navigating complex processes.

Additionally, you will have:

A Level or equivalent qualifications. Experience or familiarity with the conveyancing or mortgage processes would be a significant advantage. Proficiency in IT, particularly with the MS Office suite and CRM systems
