Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted consultant to the leadership team, delivering both strategic and operational HR assistance. You will collaborate with Site Directors and fellow HR Business Partners to provide solutions that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consultation: Formulate and execute people strategies that address business requirements, working in tandem with leadership.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide HR Advisors, offering coaching and professional growth.
  • HR Initiatives: Spearhead HR projects, including job evaluations, cultural transformation, and process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Compliance and Oversight: Ensure HR practices adhere to employment regulations and manage essential HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Project Leadership: Experience in leading HR initiatives focused on efficiency and cultural enhancement.
