About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO and HRLT, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring a smooth running of the Global HR Function.
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and HRLT to enhance the employee experience, engaging in various tasks and business-critical projects that provide insight into the broader organization.
  • Support the CHRO and HRLT in problem-solving and implementing initiatives across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in EA or Communications work would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
