About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief HR Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team in their daily operations. This is a dynamic and varied position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO and HRLT, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive business objectives and initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in EA or Communications roles, with a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
