Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) in a busy and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CHRO and HRLT to enhance the employee experience, assist in problem-solving, and implement initiatives across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a global organisation and contribute to the smooth running of the HR Function.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CHRO and HRLT in various tasks and projects
  • Collaborate with the CHRO and HRLT to enhance the employee experience
  • Assist in problem-solving and implementing initiatives
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of EA or Communications work
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite
