Key Responsibilities
In the role of Strategic Finance Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial Finance to define, shape, and implement the overarching commercial finance strategy of the Group. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will offer financial, strategic, and commercial insights to formulate and execute plans that drive the Group's profitable expansion. Your specific duties will encompass:
- Influencing both operational and strategic decision-making processes
- Playing a pivotal role in establishing the direction and executing the financial strategy of the business group
- Actively participating in project teams to support the strategic advancement of various initiatives
- Delivering precise analyses of development alternatives and commercial recommendations
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance while providing insights on pricing strategies and product mix as necessary
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proficient commercial finance leader with substantial experience in business partnering at an executive level. You will possess the communication skills, credibility, and influence necessary to navigate a complex and diverse organizational landscape. With approximately 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, you will be adept at identifying cost efficiencies and enhancing profitability. Experience within consumer markets is highly desirable.
