This role offers a chance to become a prominent figure in the South West or Welsh planning market. You'll have the opportunity to build upon your existing client base or bring new business to the firm.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish yourself as a leading name in the South West or Welsh planning market.
  • Generate revenue through existing and new contacts.
  • Develop business opportunities through networking, expanding your reach, and exploring new ventures.
  • Provide comprehensive client services, including development management and strategic planning advisory work.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and external consultants on projects.
  • Liaise with Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the team by providing training, coaching, and assistance with junior team members' RTPI APCs.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a loyal client following and in-depth knowledge of LPAs in the South West.
  • Have at least eight years of experience in town planning within the UK, with most of it in consultancy.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills.
  • Be a strong team player with a competitive drive.
