Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to ensure the organization's future talent needs are met.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with global business leaders to provide advice and guidance on workforce planning and talent resourcing requirements.
  • Collaborating with business leadership, finance, and talent teams to develop and maintain workforce plans for project and headcount needs.
  • Conducting skills needs/gap analysis to determine the best workforce planning and talent resourcing strategies.
  • Managing projects and delivering initiatives identified through the workforce planning process.
  • Delivering reporting and talent analysis and insights to the business, utilizing a range of tools and technologies.
  • Creating and owning key talent resourcing materials and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Establishing global networks for resourcing talent and maintaining relationships across the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of related experience in strategic initiatives related to HR, workforce planning, resource management, and/or project management.
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project Management/PMO experience is desirable.
