This position emphasizes both the management of existing accounts to enhance current relationships and a strong focus on acquiring and nurturing new partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships and effectively promoting our premium product range.

The territory for this role includes Bristol and Bath, and a valid UK driving license is essential.

The Role:

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for both cultivating existing partnerships through exceptional account management and driving the acquisition and expansion of new accounts within the dynamic on-trade IFT market. We seek a remarkable relationship builder who can effectively present our premium offerings. Your responsibilities will include enhancing our partner wholesale outlets, implementing retention strategies for ABI brands, and demonstrating strong business insight while achieving outstanding KPI results, all while adhering to ABI's core principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Increase AB InBev's market share and sales within the National On-Trade Wholesale Partner.
  • Achieve distribution, volume, and other commercial objectives.
  • Develop promotional strategies with clients to ensure AB InBev maintains the strongest promotional presence across categories and outperforms competitors in all key commercial metrics.
  • Establish a robust network of relationships across various stakeholders, including HO contacts, Wholesale Salesforce, WKAMs, and Technical Support.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to attend and lead Regional Sales Meetings.
  • Monitor and manage ABI listing fee accounts.
  • Support the execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Analyze relevant data sources to enhance individual and team performance.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Adept at engaging with clients face-to-face and thriving outside of the office environment.
  • Passionate about the beer and food sector; prior experience in hospitality (e.g., bar work, waiter/waitress) is advantageous.
  • Possesses analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and follow-up capabilities.
  • Highly enthusiastic, motivated to make a significant impact, ambitious, and resilient.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible with working hours to accommodate key periods on-premise (including some evenings and weekends).
