Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Manager specializing in Commercial & Project Controls. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business needs
- Collaborate with end users and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives
- Manage project execution with internal teams and external vendors
- Create and provide training materials to enhance user experience within the systems suite
- Support the development and maintenance of standardized solutions across the application landscape
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Design and implement workflows and process automation solutions

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with ICT systems, including development, testing, and implementation
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey complex information clearly
- Practical approach to balancing ideal solutions with immediate business needs
- Experience in configuring operational and maintenance systems
- Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors
