Business Systems Lead (Commercial & Project Controls) - Permanent Position

We are looking for a Business Systems Lead with a strong background in Commercial & Project Controls to join the Source & Connect team. This position will focus on enhancing and evaluating business operations, utilizing advanced tools and applications to drive process automation efficiencies, and playing a key role in the organization's digital transformation journey. The Business Systems Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the system landscape is optimized for operational excellence and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Engage with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality and configuration align with evolving business needs.
  • Oversee coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
  • Design and deliver training materials and support to key users to enhance their experience with the systems suite and data analytics.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of consistent solutions across the approved application suite.
  • Uphold confidentiality with sensitive data and information.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and process automation.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with relevant systems.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios, solve problems, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Experience with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system implementation.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and best practices in complex data management.
  • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and simplifying complex information.
  • Pragmatic mindset, capable of balancing ideal solutions with immediate business needs.
  • Experience in configuring operation and maintenance systems.
  • Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
