Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Systems Manager with a strong background in Commercial & Project Controls to enhance our operations. This role will focus on evaluating and optimizing business workflows, utilizing advanced tools and applications to drive process automation and support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business needs.
- Collaborate with end users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Manage internal resources and external vendors for effective project delivery.
- Create and provide training materials and support to enhance user experience with the systems and data analytics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized solutions across the application suite.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Design and maintain workflows and process automation.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related role with similar systems.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system deployment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management.
- Proven experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and simplifying complex information.
- Practical mindset, balancing ideal solutions with current needs.
- Experience in configuring operational and maintenance systems.
- Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
