Position Overview

Role: People Operations Partner

Location: Flexible with occasional travel

Compensation: Up to £60,000 with an additional £5,000 vehicle allowance and performance-based incentives

Moston is seeking a dynamic People Operations Partner to join our team and support our strategic HR initiatives.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with leadership across various departments to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Consultative approach to guide managers in the application of HR policies and practices.
  • Capacity to provide responsive support while maintaining a proactive stance.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adept at navigating a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and management information systems, ensuring accuracy through regular audits.

Required Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with coaching methodologies and their practical application.
  • Current understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to conduct intelligent risk assessments with a focus on solutions.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience in workforce planning and optimization.
  • Background in a multinational organization.

Professional Experience:

  • CIPD certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated operational HR experience at a managerial level.
  • Extensive background in managing disciplinary and grievance processes, with a thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Strong generalist HR experience within a commercial context.
  • Experience in senior-level recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) regulations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
