Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and other perks.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Support the performance management process and provide feedback and guidance on performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and prepare and maintain HR records and documentation.
- Work with our payroll team on processing the EMEA payroll monthly and collaborate with government authorities, immigration advisors, and law firms to process and manage all immigration cases and mobility cases for EMEA.
- Proven work experience in people operations or a similar role in a fast-growing startup/scaleup environment.
- Mastery of HR systems and familiarity with various legal requirements when it comes to payroll, leaves of absence, and immigration.
- Ability to maintain transparency and equity and proactively raise concerns and solutions to ensure compliance across all employee areas.
- Certification in Human Resources is an advantage.
