About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Partner to join our team at DeepMind Technologies Limited. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our global people systems, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in people data, systems, and technology.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging AI to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Support the delivery of cross-functional projects with meaningful thought-partnering and direction to teams.
  • Coach and mentor P&C team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant on people analytics, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Develop a holistic view of our people systems and formulate a people systems strategy.
  • Support senior leaders with choices related to technical expertise.
  • End-to-end delivery of critical discipline-specific complex projects.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with various people systems and implementing new systems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Process and systems mindset with experience in process design.
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder management and influencing at various levels.
  • Highly organized with experience managing workload across multiple projects.
  • Agile and flexible with a willingness to learn from others.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Workday and/or Greenhouse people systems and working with external account managers and influencing technical roadmaps.
