We are seeking a strategic and dynamic People Partner to join our team at D&D London Support Office. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our cluster of restaurants and ensuring the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the talent team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including talent management and succession planning.
- Champion our company culture, promoting our values and ensuring fair and consistent people management practices throughout our restaurants.
- Support and lead performance management of senior staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to deliver training and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Deliver people-focused projects, providing expert advice and guidance to senior management and other managers.
- Take ownership of complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor labor costs, employment relations, and sickness absence data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities, and develop action plans with Operations Directors.
- Build long-term relationships with our business partners and other People team colleagues.
