We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our Head Office team at Reiss. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our business areas and delivering our People Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to deliver our People Plan and provide guidance on employment-related issues, including restructuring and organizational design.
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned business area, providing regular reporting and staying up-to-date on all people activities, including leaver trends, recruitment, people development, and ER issues.
- Ensure operational excellence in cyclical people tasks, such as annual leave administration, pay reviews, and performance reviews.
- Review and maintain our policy library, ensuring our policies and processes are fit for purpose and compliant with GDPR regulations.
- Contribute to and lead key projects to support our People Plan, driving continuous improvement in the employee experience.
- Coach our People leaders and work with our Learning & Development team to create, deliver, and evaluate training materials and tools.
