People Business and Operations Partner

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled People Business and Operations Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the HR service provided to their hospitals, across their hub.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex employee relations casework, coaching and developing others, and making high-quality decisions. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
The role will involve participating in project activity for both the People team and wider business projects, driving and facilitating continuous improvement to colleague experience, and supporting hospital HR teams in the development of actionable employee engagement plans.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate change management activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in project activity for both the People team and wider business projects.
- Driving and facilitating continuous improvement to colleague experience.
- Supporting hospital HR teams in the development of actionable employee engagement plans.
- Overseeing all employee relations cases in the hub.
- Helping to upskill HR Advisors and line managers in managing investigations and employee relations matters.
- Developing a People plan for the hub.
- Conducting regular talent and succession exercises for the Hub.
- Working with the wider People Operations team to identify and facilitate development opportunities for internal talent mobility.
