About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team at Simply Business. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with our People COEs (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations, Employee Relations, etc.) to translate people strategies into actions and initiatives.
  • Leverage your expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting to drive organizational effectiveness and agility.
  • Identify opportunities to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition, ensuring our employees are in an environment to thrive.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic people team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
Requirements
  • Experience as a people partner supporting technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth digital organization with a presence in both the UK and USA.
  • Strong technical expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
