Job Title: People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company, from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to create a vibrant office culture, including organizing social events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in office moves, coordinate logistics, and manage administrative tasks, including employee records, benefits, and compliance.
  • Support the People Team on projects, provide administrative recruitment support, and maintain our HRIS system.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance the employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a People or Administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with HR systems, tools, and software, including Notion, Slack, Jira, and Google Suite.
