People Operations Specialist

Job Title: People Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, process changes in employment status, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Experience: Create delightful and impactful experiences for our in-person London-based team and our global team, including organizing social events and celebration programs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People Team, including scheduling, interview coordination, and ATS maintenance.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in building our employer brand by utilizing social platforms and provide administrative recruitment support.
- Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture by embodying the NALA values, welcoming feedback, and encouraging others to do the same.
- People Skills: You're a people person with a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a People or Administrative role in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS systems, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
