Job Title: People Operations Specialist
About the Role:
Frazer Jones is seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team on a 2-month temporary contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees in Eastern Europe, continental Europe, UK, and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, and absences.
- Support the wider HR team with key people processes, including payroll and performance reviews.
- Act as the initial point of contact for Employee Relations issues.
- Administer leave and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
- Coordinate new joiner sessions and handle necessary paperwork.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Gather and review payroll data to ensure accuracy for submission to providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, benefits information, and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
