Job Title: People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to create a vibrant office culture, including organizing social events and celebration programs.
  • Assist in office moves, coordinate events, and manage various administrative tasks, including employee records and compliance.
  • Support the wider People Team on projects and provide administrative recruitment support.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by embodying NALA's values and encouraging others to do the same.
Requirements:
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a People or Administrative role in a start-up environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to take ownership of tasks.
