About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Freetrade. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and supporting our people functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and ensuring new hires have everything they need to get started.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. Experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
