About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective people operations strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain globally consistent processes and procedures for employee onboarding, offboarding, and leave of absence management.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support and guidance on performance management and employee relations cases.
  • Assist with people analytics requests by pulling data, providing context, and building the story of the data.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources operations, with prior experience working at a high-growth tech startup.
  • Experience with EOR/PEO model is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance in Ireland, UK, and Australia.
  • Attention to detail and proven systems that help you stay organized during your fast-paced work day.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative.
  • Legally able to work in the UK.
What We Offer
  • Target pay range for a Level P3 in the UK: £48,000 - £56,000.
  • Target pay range for a Level P3 in Ireland: €59,000 - €69,000.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
