- **Employee Inquiries:** Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, compensation, and absences in Eastern Europe, continental Europe, UK, and Ireland.
- **HR Support:** Collaborate with the wider HR team to support key people processes, including payroll and performance reviews.
- **Employee Relations:** Serve as the initial point of contact for Employee Relations issues.
- **Leave Administration:** Administer leave and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
- **New Joiner Sessions:** Coordinate new joiner sessions and handle necessary paperwork.
- **Exit Interviews:** Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
- **Payroll Data:** Gather and review payroll data to ensure accuracy for submission to providers.
- **Employee Records:** Maintain accurate employee records, benefits information, and compliance records.
**Requirements:**
- **Immediate Availability:** Must be immediately available to start.
- **Startup Experience:** Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- **Attention to Detail:** Committed to attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all tasks.
