About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Partner to join our team at Simply Business. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our global technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop People strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate and partner with People COEs (L&D, TA, Reward, People Ops, ER, etc.) to translate those People strategies into actions and initiatives.
  • Leverage your keen eye for organisational effectiveness, design, and agility so our teams can scale.
  • Identify opportunities and coach leaders to build a high-performing and highly engaged organisation.
  • Use data and instincts to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition so that our SBers are in an environment to be at their best.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic People team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.

What We're Looking For
  • A people partner holding a role supporting technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high growth, digital organisation that has been rapidly scaling, ideally with a presence in both the UK and USA.
  • Strong technical expertise in organisational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
  • A change agent with the ability to lead change initiatives and drive organisational transformation in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong in business acumen and commercial awareness.
