People Operations Partner – Financial Technology

Contract Duration: 14-15 months

Salary Range: £75,000 - £80,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd is seeking a People Operations Partner to join a dynamic Financial Technology organization. This role is designed to cover a maternity leave, and we are in search of a motivated and engaging professional who can effectively balance organizational objectives with a focus on employee welfare. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will serve as both a strategic and operational partner, overseeing the London office with a workforce of approximately 110 employees, with an emphasis on enhancing the employee experience.

As part of a collaborative team of three, you will provide guidance and support to commercially savvy team members, offering advice and coaching as needed. This position will primarily focus on project-based initiatives rather than employee relations. The organization has recently undergone a strategic realignment and is now poised to implement initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing and streamlining employee experience processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
  • Leading cultural initiatives that empower managers to align with organizational values.
  • Facilitating positive transformations in the 360-degree feedback process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and thrive in an environment characterized by intelligent and entrepreneurial individuals. You should be adept at managing diverse personalities and have a proven track record of working at a senior level. Experience with a 360-degree feedback model is essential, and you should be data-driven, as this role will involve significant data collection to inform decision-making. A history of successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence effectively are also critical for success in this position.
