Join our Human Resources team to deliver comprehensive, expert, and hands-on HR support to key stakeholders within our organization. This 12-month fixed-term contract role will promote a culture of high performance and advance our people initiatives. Reporting to a Senior People Partner, you will collaborate with colleagues in our HR People Partnering team, HR Operations team, and Centers of Excellence (CoE).

  • Collaborate with business areas to design and execute their people strategies, ensuring alignment with the global HR framework and leveraging expertise from our HR CoEs.
  • Foster a culture of high performance through effective performance management and talent development, utilizing insights from our CoEs.
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Policy Specialists on employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented.
  • Coach leaders and managers to enhance their people management skills, supported by our CoEs.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our business partnering processes and policies.
  • Guide leaders and managers through our cyclical processes, including mid-year reviews and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the HR community and engage in strategic and operational HR projects at various levels.
  • Leverage people analytics to provide insights, promote best practices, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for our core values and the expected behaviors within our organization.
Qualifications
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to your client areas in a collaborative manner.
  • Consistently collaborates with and supports HR colleagues to provide outstanding service to our clients.
  • Commercially savvy, considering the financial and legal implications of all decisions.
  • Well-connected with a deep understanding of the organizational structure and its interrelations.
  • Capable of challenging and influencing decisions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable engagement and influence with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex issues through an evidence-based approach, providing compelling insights and recommendations.
  • Strong prioritization skills, effectively balancing reactive demands with a proactive mindset.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working with clients in consultancy or professional services environments.
  • CIPD qualified with a robust understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
