Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, engaging with prospective clients early in the process to understand their needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring their requirements are met for a seamless go-live experience.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients to ascertain their needs and support the sales team in delivering the agreed-upon services.
  • Engage in a multifaceted role that encompasses sales, customer support, and account management, diligently following our onboarding procedures to guarantee exceptional service and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possessing at least one year of experience in payments, merchant services, or acquiring, you will be a confident communicator capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Personable and proactive, you will utilize your organizational and planning skills to enhance the customer journey.
  • Your background may include roles in customer care, technical support, or sales within the payments industry.
