As a Key Accounts Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the department's performance through profitable sales and revenue generation. Working within one of our depots, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the departmental budget to achieve financial objectives.
  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities for new, returning, and existing clients.
  • Boosting profitable sales through optimal product selection, merchandising, and marketing strategies aligned with company policies.
  • Reviewing trading reports to assess current performance and sharing insights with the team.
  • Engaging with clients to negotiate profitable quotes and secure ongoing business relationships.
  • Staying informed about competitors' activities.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends and preferred suppliers' product offerings.
  • Building and nurturing key supplier partnerships.
  • Inspiring the team to meet departmental financial goals.
  • Organizing and managing the team to fulfill operational requirements.
