Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Key Accounts, using market analysis and customer trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Become an extension of the business for clients, providing exceptional relationship management and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow retained business.
- Use data analysis and Excel/Microsoft tools to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing large Blue Chip or National accounts.
- Proven track record in sales through growing retained business.
