Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve complex technical issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless incident management and resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a technically confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in troubleshooting technical issues and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Technical knowledge of MS Office and PC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
