About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Helpdesk Team Lead to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless incident management and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for a technically confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in troubleshooting technical issues and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Technical knowledge of MS Office and PC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Working Pattern and Location

We offer a flexible 40-hour working week to support our 24/7 team. The role is based in our office in Warwick, with a hybrid working method that allows for remote work.
