About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, assigning rooms and handling payments with a smile.
  • Provide friendly and professional support to resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.

Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 205-bedroom property located in Kenilworth, close to Warwick. Our hotel features The River Room restaurant, the Manor & terrace bar, and offers afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting and event spaces.
