About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process payments and handle guest transactions efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
