Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire front of house operation, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of standards.
  • Lead and develop a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, driving growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and drive success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is desirable, but not essential.
