Site Operations Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry South West Midlands. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with the day-to-day control of the site, management and delivery of project works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in the day-to-day control of the site, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the project programme and budget.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of sub-contractors, ensuring that all works are completed to the required standard and on time.
- Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues that may impact the project.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all design requirements are met and that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
Requirements
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold inspection qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
