Linsco is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale housing development in Kenilworth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for managing site activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Senior Site Manager will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations. This role involves managing site activities, supervising and coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the on-site management of the housing project, ensuring the work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring progress aligns with the project plan and addresses any delays or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and adjust construction schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure adherence to plans, drawings, and specifications, conducting regular quality inspections.
