What you will do

As a Supervisor Manager with Ego you are a leader that assists the General Manager with the day to day operations of the business to help run shifts, delegate effectively and create a productive and well-run restaurant.

The Supervisor Manager will be charged with the opening and closing of the restaurant, which requires the person to set up the restaurant so that we are always ready for service, doing the banking on a regular basis, declaring figures correctly at the end of day, counting tills and safe float and inputting staff hours accurately.

You will also assist the General Manager with managing stock, controlling labour, driving sales and managing other costs. Being a Supervisor is a fantastic opportunity as a first step to a managerial career in hospitality. You will be taught the ways in which the restaurant operates and look for opportunities to help improve the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £625.00-£700.00 per week
