About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and a natural ability to build rapport with guests
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
