About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
