Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Wine knowledge is a great advantage, but training can be provided.
