Key Responsibilities:
- Fully accountable for FOH operation when on duty, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards.
- Hands-on approach to managing the FOH team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Grow and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional service standards and attention to detail, ensuring a world-class dining experience for our customers.
- High-level delegation skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and decisive communication with the kitchen team, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Wine knowledge is a great advantage, but training can be provided.
