Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a skilled Trip Leader Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for hiring and training Trip Leaders to deliver exceptional tours of Great Britain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train Trip Leaders to meet the company's quality standards.
  • Coach Trip Leaders on tour quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Trip Leader performance to ensure they meet company guidelines and excellence goals.
  • Lead a high-performing Trip Leaders team that embodies the company's culture and values.
  • Manage relationships with Trip Leaders and vendors.
  • Evaluate and act on quality issues from traveler and Trip Leader feedback.
  • Support trip delivery and development.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to head office.
  • Travel with Trip Leaders and groups as needed to provide training and coaching.
  • Interact with travelers on site to support Trip Leaders and gather feedback.
  • Drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support and resolve operations/customer issues.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the UK.
