We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Leader Manager to join our team at Grand Circle Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our tour leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of tour leaders to deliver high-quality tours of Great Britain.
- Coaching and Performance Management: Provide coaching and performance management to tour leaders to ensure they meet our company's guidelines and achieve excellence goals.
- Team Management: Create and manage a high-performing team of tour leaders who embody our company's culture and values.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tour leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate and act on quality issues from customer and tour leader feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support and Reporting: Provide support to tour delivery and development, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to head office.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams in the travel industry.
- Training and Coaching Skills: Strong training and coaching skills to develop and improve tour leader performance.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tour leaders, vendors, and customers.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve quality issues and performance management challenges.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
