Housing Compliance Officer

A prominent housing organization is in search of a Community Liaison Officer for a temporary engagement.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering vibrant communities by performing property assessments, addressing community disturbances, and working in partnership with various stakeholders and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement community strategies and local initiatives.
- Conduct routine property assessments, with a focus on fire safety risk management follow-up tasks.
- Engage with local resident associations to enhance community amenities, programs, and events.
- Collaborate with local entities, including community teams, non-profit organizations, and youth services, on safety and community disturbance matters.
- Represent the housing organization in legal proceedings and provide necessary documentation as required.
