Overview:
Colbern Limited is seeking a skilled Estate Management Officer to oversee the maintenance and management of residential estates, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of caretakers, managing all aspects of their performance, including training, development, and health and safety compliance.
- Service Monitoring: Monitor estate management services, including waste management, grounds maintenance, and communal repairs, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and partner organizations to enhance service delivery and address community needs.
- Resident Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents and resident groups, addressing their inquiries and service improvement requests.
Management and Supervision:
- Oversee a dispersed team of caretakers, ensuring high-quality service delivery across estates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support the professional development of team members.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Manage the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide weekend supervision of caretakers on a rotational basis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records related to caretaker activities and equipment management.
- Analyze feedback and inspection reports to identify and address performance issues.
- Ensure caretaker facilities meet health and safety requirements.
