Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on customer complaints, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on complaint handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
