Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are seeking to enhance our Onboarding Team within the Operations Department due to our ongoing success and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a Transfers Advisor, dedicated to delivering and upholding a high standard of service for our valued customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and resolving all supply registrations within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Fostering strong relationships with various teams across the organization.
  • Documenting and communicating necessary actions to management to maintain workflow continuity; identifying process irregularities and addressing ongoing needs.
  • Collaborating with both customer-facing and internal teams to address complex registration inquiries and provide resolutions.
  • Ensuring robust business processes are in place.
  • Offering solutions to a diverse range of written and verbal inquiries from customers.
  • Managing and resolving customer queries within established timelines.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of available systems and processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring, addressing, and escalating issues as needed to complete the customer journey effectively, keeping all relevant parties informed.
  • Creating accurate records that include all pertinent information to facilitate timely and standard-compliant resolutions.
QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Experience in the Energy Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage personal and team workloads effectively.
