Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver the highest standards of service.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Deal with supplier deliveries and accurately book them in the branch.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the branch by working collaboratively with the team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. If you have fundamental customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
