Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers and providing a helpful and friendly service at all times.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a busy branch environment.
  • Manage supplier deliveries, accurately booking them into the branch system.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, developing your skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to our high standards of safety and quality.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills, able to relate to a diverse range of people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. If you're self-motivated, organized, and have good numerical skills, we encourage you to apply.
